Process: Washed. Our flagship coffee, produced for over a decade where we've been able to create a mix between the traditional processing and modern touch with our special fermentations to develop those fruit flavors on the cup.

Cupping Notes: Sweet sweet sweet! A complex profile of red fruits with several sweet notes, accompanied with a medium body and malic acidity.
