This high-altitude bean is found on the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. A highly aromatic coffee, Sulawesi is rich in chocolate and nut flavors, but balances with spicy flavors of cinnamon, cardamom as well as the bright sweetness of candied citrus. A heavy body and creamy texture round out the flavors to create a bean powerful both in flavor and mouthfeel.
